Mr. Jai Dominic Decosta

Whole Time Director

Mr. Jai Decosta serves as the Whole Time Director of K12 Techno Services Pvt. Limited. He is a Chartered Accountant and has also completed his MBA at the IIM, Bangalore. Mr. Jai Decosta joined the Company in the year 2010 and has been instrumental in building the company ground up to its current levels. He plays a key role in the P&L Management, investor relations and future growth areas of the Company. He has taken and continues to take several steps to make the Company a pioneer in the field of education and school management. Jai has over 17 years of experience and has been the entrepreneur for several companies associated with pre-paid internet cards, sales and outsourcing business. Jai has also worked with several large organisations such as the Times Group, Tata Group, ITC, Next Education etc.

Mr. G V Ravishankar

Nominee Director — Peak XV (Sequoia Capital India)

As the Managing Director at Sequoia Capital, Mr. Ravishankar focuses on investing in consumer, education and healthcare opportunities. He has also served as a Director of Kids Clinic India Pvt. Ltd. since 21 January 2015, and Prataap Snacks Pvt. Ltd. since 05 December 2011. He is a Scholar from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and a Computer Science graduate from REC Trichy.

Mr. Aashwit Mahajan

Non-Executive Director — Kedaara Capital Fund III LLP

Mr. Aashwit Mahajan is a Director at Kedaara Capital. He is a private equity investment professional based in Mumbai, evaluating investment opportunities in India. He has extensive experience across investing, investment banking as well as factory shop floor management. He is a postgraduate from IIM Ahmedabad and an electrical engineer from IIT Bombay. He has played vital roles in several companies such as Apax Partners, Bain Capital, Goldman Sachs and ITC Ltd.

Mr. Anant Gupta

Non-Executive Director — Kedaara Capital Fund III LLP

Mr. Anant Gupta is a Managing Director at Kedaara Capital. He is a private equity investment professional based in Mumbai, evaluating investment opportunities in India. He has extensive experience across investing, investment banking as well as factory shop floor management. He has completed his Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Northwestern University — Kellogg School of Management and a Dual Degree (B.Tech + M.Tech) in Electrical Engineering from IIT Bombay. He has played vital roles at Tata Opportunities Fund, Goldman Sachs, IDFC Private Equity and ITC Ltd.

Mr. Ankur Bansal

Nominee Director — Navneet Learning LLP

Mr. Ankur Bansal is the Co-Founder of BlackSoil (an Alternative Credit Platform) and SaralSCF (an MSME Financing Solutions entity). He is a seasoned finance professional with over 20 years of extensive experience in Venture Lending, Structured Debt, Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), Real Estate Private Equity, Mergers and Acquisitions, Strategy and Capital Markets. Mr. Bansal holds professional qualifications as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Accountant (CA), and is a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) graduate.

Mr. Kartikeya Dhruv Kaji

Nominee Director — Vitruvian Partners

Mr. Kartikeya Dhruv Kaji joined Vitruvian Partners as a Partner in 2024 to focus on investments in the Asia region. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Dartmouth College, USA and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, USA. Kartikeya has 18+ years of professional experience and has served on the boards of Spandana Sphoorty, Aavas Financiers, Care Health Insurance, Avanse Financial Services and Perfios. Prior to Vitruvian, he served as Managing Director at Kedaara Capital, Associate Director at Temasek Holdings and as an Investment Banker in New York at Parella Weinberg Partners and Merrill Lynch & Co.
